The term "Quadro Elettrico" came from its original rectangular shape that is similar to a painting. Openly assembled electric panels contained their components on plates of insulating material-usually marble. Held with he special bronze or forged iron frames that contributed also in confirming its similarity to a painting. Today’s technological process, use of new materials, installation techniques and normative prescriptions have drastically changed the original shape and structure.

In the 1970s’ the conceived and planned equipment always complied with the consumers’ specific requirements.

Difficulties arose in finding topography, perforations, panels and accessories for each application. Along with problems concerning the definition, planning and building of the product itself. Other problems were possible modifications, enlargements or maintenance interventions.

The early 1980s’ new technology and material definitely led to further transformations of the electric panels. this caused the conception of modularity and componibility that previously was hardly applied to the electric equipment. However, the conceptions overcame the difficult to manage "built to measurement" method.

The current assembling process make us of standardized components getting over the old philosophy. It has resulted in standardized accessories, frontal panels with or without frames and metal hinges, and inside panels to lodge equipment sections. Including bars, terminal board systems, sections and support brackets.

Solutions with assembling and wiring kits for equipment have also largely imposed themselves by savings time and money. It is possible to take advantage from standardization, rationality and quickness in execution.

By combining them with our competence, experience and continuos research the observance of the Rule of Art is always ensured.

The original similarity between painting and electric panel is our philosophy.
